Congratulations to the JMHS Marching Ensemble for their outstanding performance at the Virginia Marching Band Coalition (VMBC) Northern Virginia Regional at Herndon High School. JMHS was 1st place in Group 5 receiving the highest score of the day - 88.03! JMHS received caption awards for outstanding Visual, Effect, Color Guard and Percussion in Group 5.
Thank you to all of the students for the hard work that went into putting the show on the field and all of the resilience that was needed to make it through the weather challenges in the month of September.
A Super Thank You to all of the parents that volunteered to help make this first competition a success. The chaperones and uniform volunteers made the day smooth and coordinated for the students, and the equipment and transportation volunteers did a spectacular job packing, moving and assembling the set for the show. Thank You!
