The JMHS Band Program will be holding a New Student/Family virtual orientation on THURSDAY, MAY 6. All new students and parents of the James Madison High School Band Program for the 2021-22 school year should plan on attending this important virtual meeting.

At orientation, your student will learn about what to expect, and start on their way toward some of the best experiences and friendships they’ll have in high school.
At the same time, parents will meet with current parents from the JMHS band booster organization. In a quick 60 minutes you’ll get a full program overview, a packet of helpful resources and forms, and be able to ask questions.
We will start on time and end on time but will stay longer for any questions.
You will receive a call/e-mail from one of our current parents to extend a personal invitation and answer any initial questions. We try to match parents who have a student in the same section, or even play the same instrument as yours as that can sometimes be helpful. If you haven't heard from a current parent yet, we'll match you up with someone at orientation.
